The group was open to anyone who wanted to join. The dancers could use their real name or a dance-related name.
Israel provided teachers, free of charge, with the music, DVDs, and song words to the dances that they would teach. He also would help dancers to find a place to dance anywhere in the world when they traveled.
All he asked was that they share their personal experiences by sending one or more pictures and/or writing articles.
